Los vecinos aseguran que en algunos de los negocios las interrupciones ya llevan 72 horas de duración.
Los usuarios salieron a protestar en la esquina de Avellaneda y Campana y la cortaron al tránsito.
Varios de ellos ya compron grupos electrógenos para superar la contingencia.
